The pantomime, produced by the venue’s in-house team, Guild Hall Productions, is the brainchild of Ted Robbins, the former Phoenix Nights star, now known to youngsters as The Guvnor from children’s TV show, The Slammer.

Ted, who always writes, directs and stars in the Charter Theatre’s seasonal offering, plays Baron Hardup.

Panto regular Jodie Hamblett has returned as neglected skivvy Cinderella, while ex Waterloo Road star Tom Milner, who joined the Charter Theatre cast for the first time last year, is also back as faithful page Buttons.

They are joined by Phil Swift as Prince Charming and Ben Deaville as Dandini.

Two new stars are the hilarious Harper Brothers, the sons of veteran comedian Bobby Ball, who play Cinderella’s two vile Ugly Sisters.

You can see the show at 10.15am and 1.30pm.

Tickets are available priced £14 for children, £17 for adults and family ticket is £52.
