This cast gives voice to the chorus of lusty, outrageous, poignant, brave and thoroughly human stories that make up this unique show.

Eve Ensler, the writer and creator, has now not only established the international women’s charity V-Day, but continues to work tirelessly to end violence and abuse suffered by women everywhere.

In 2010, devoted husband Chris Larner accompanied his chronically-ill ex-wife to Switzerland’s Dignitas clinic.

He tells it at The Dukes in Lancaster on Wednesday night, following critically-acclaimed London and Edinburgh seasons.

With the contentious issue of assisted suicide never far from the headlines, An Instinct For Kindness explores in a candid, poignant and sometimes comic performance the profound personal implications and the wider ethical issues that surround the topic.
