Street Dance 3D to Jonzi D

Hip Hop legend Jonzi D presents a triple bill, including a new work and his acclaimed solo, The Letter, at Manchester Contact next Thursday.

The evening will feature the newly-commissioned piece, exploring the broken lineage between the old skool and new skool generations.

A collaboration with Ivan Blackstock, it promises to captivate audiences with Jonzi’s trademark wit and style.

Ivan co-founded BirdGang Dance Company and has worked on such films as StreetDance 3D and with artists like X Factor finalist Cher Lloyd. Work from local collective Freestyle Fictionary completes the triple bill.
