Stars of stage on silver screen

Ralph Fiennes, Maxine Peake, Mark Strong and Meera Syal are just some of the top names who will appear at the Duke’s theatre in Lancaster during the upcoming Stars Come Out For Satellite season.

The Young Vic’s production of Arthur Miller’s A View From The Bridge starring Mark Strong will be screened on March 26 and tickets are on sale now.

The Old Vic version of Miller’s The Crucible which was screened in December will be screened on February 8.

Next up Meera Syal in Behind The Beautiful Forevers is on March 19; Maxine Peake’s Hamlet March 23 and April 4; Tom Stoppard’s new play No Hard Problem on April 16 and Ralph Fiennes in Man And Superman on May 14.

Two productions from the Royal Shakespeare Company can also be enjoyed on the big screen soon. Love’s Labour’s Lost is broadcast on February 11 with an encore on February 15 and Love’s Labour’s Won is live on March 4 followed by an encore on March 15.
