This will be followed by a night of Steampunk music from Ghostfire, right, and BB-Blackdog, with a dash of magic from local magician Kevin Cunliffe plus splendid tracks in between and after with Dog and Sho.

But what is Steampunk? A genre that defies exact description, say organisers ‘A ‘Splendid Day Out’.

The movement is essentially a fusion of Victorian fashion, craftsmanship, literature sprinkled with good manners and a taste for adventure.

Admission to the day event costs £2 (under 12s admitted free) and £13 for the evening event. All-day tickets cost £12 if bought in advance at www.brownpapertickets.com or from 13 The Warehouse, Queen Street, Morecambe.
