Revolting Revolutions at hall

“Terrific Tudors”, “Revolting Revolutions” and “Medieval Monsters” are just some of the topics of children can get their teeth into this summer.

Historians at Heskin Hall Chorley, have come up with mini whirlwind tours through history, taking place against the backdrop of the Tudor manor house.

Each presentation is designed to be “quirky” and related to the children’s own locality and experiences.

The talks run every Tuesday in August from 1pm and are free to enter with the price of admission to the hall (£1.50 adult, £1 concession and 50p children).

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Heskin Hall also has events for adults, including daily displays of antiques and collectables as well as tours of the building and a cafe and restaurant.
