Ramsey for return to Chorley

TV star comedian Chris Ramsey has only just paid a visit to Chorley Little Theatre - but he’s already arranged another.

The Manchester based comic, who seems to have a great affection for the little amateur run theatre, visited it last Friday on his Feeling Lucky tour.

He first came there two years ago as a virtual unknown on his debut UK tour and loved the reception he got so much that he left a Post It note for staff on the dressing room mirror saying: “Probably the best gig I’ve done this year!”

Since then, he has appeared on TV panel shows like Mock The Week and Never Mind the Buzzcocks, become a very regular panelist on Celebrity Juice and has also starred in BBC2 sitcom Hebburn, alongside comic legend Vic Reeves as his dad.

He also caused controversy when he inadvertently swore on Soccer AM

Now he has announced that his next UK tour, Chris Ramsey - The Most Dangerous Man On Saturday Morning Television, is to include a date at Chorley Little Theatre.

Announcing the tour on Facebook, the comic said: “It’s going to be about life, self-perception, embarrassment and, of course... saying the wrong thing at the wrong time.

“And yes, there’ll be an in depth analysis of THAT fateful morning on Soccer AM!”

He returns to Chorley Little Theatre on November 17 this year, the third date of the tour. Tickets went on sale yesterday and are expected to sell fast.
