One Voice Community Choir is now established as one of Britain’s foremost Community Choirs, singing a mixture of gospel classics and original compositions. Performing at dozens of engagements every year, the choir enjoys amazing local support, along with national recognition through performances at Westminster Abbey, the Llangollen Eisteddfod and the BBC Gospel Choir of the year competition.

A spokesman for the choir said: “This local annual event is among our favourites. We get to perform with a hand-picked live band, and interact with the audience in a spontaneous and special way.

“We know people love our music, but the cause seems to strike a chord with the community too.”

This year’s concert ‘Christmas Crackers’ is on from 7pm Saturday December 6 at St Mary Magdalene’s Church, Ribbleton Avenue, Preston Pr2 6rd.
