Preston City Wrestling are putting on a three-hour spectacular in the city centre as part of Preston’s Armed Forces Day 2014.

The main event will see PCW Heavyweight Champion Joey Hayes face Carlito, who held both the Intercontinental Championship and United States Championship during a seven-year run in WWE, in a non-title match.

Meanwhile, Carlito’s former tag team partner in WWE, Chris Masters, will join fellow PCW favourite Dave Rayne as they take on the PCW Tag Team Champions Team Single (T-Bone and Rampage Brown) in a no-disqualification encounter.

PCW Cruiserweight Champion Bubblegum defends his newly-acquired title against the high flying Dean Allmark.

And the strength of the foundations of the Harris Museum will be tested when two juggernauts – the Black Country beast Dave Mastiff and the monstrous Cyanide – collide.

Two of the brightest talents in British wrestling will go head-to-head, as the former PCW Heavyweight Champion Kris Travis faces the ‘Mexican Sensation’ El Ligero.

Rising Scottish star Noam Dar and Yorkshire’s Martin Kirby will no doubt impress with their technical ability when they lock horns, while the show will also see the PCW debuts of Jenna and Lana.

The afternoon will also feature a ‘special appearance’ from the unpredictable Tassel Madness (‘Delicious’ Danny Hope and Mad Man Manson).

The free event, from 2pm to 5pm, is a chance for wrestling and non-wrestling fans alike to see why PCW attract thousands of people from across the UK and beyond to their shows in Preston.
