Owls about a walk and BBQ?

It takes place at the centre in Burscough tonight, Friday, when guests will walk along the reserve spying for barn owls before searching for bats when darkness falls.

The event is an opportunity to learn about the summer migrants at the reserve as well as using the bat detector to hear the sounds of different bat species.

The BBQ is included, but guests should tell the centre of any dietary requirements when booking.

The event starts at 7.30pm, with the walk getting underway at 8.30pm and finishing at 11pm. Tickets cost £16.50, including admission.
