The eight-piece band, who first formed in the city way back in 1991, attract a passionate
following of fans and this Christmas show is bound to be popular.

Their previous two shows in the South Meadow Lane pub’s Arts Space have been sold out and this gig looks set to do the same. The band, who split up but then reformed with new vocalist Jade Bianca Williams a few years ago, packed the venue in July this year and also sold out a show there last year.

Their new incarnation offers a brand new look, a brand new sound, but the same unique approach to music.

Founder member, saxophonist Aaron Siggs boasts that they are on a mission to bring joy with their own brand of soul and jazz infused funk.

He is joined by original members Jonathan Mitchell, Chris Jones and Shaun Fortune with guitarist Mik Billington, keyboardist Ian Cross, and trumpeter Phil Rutter.

Owner of the New Continental Jeremy Rowlands said: “They have their own very devoted following among local music fans.”
