Hide AdCraig Thompson, head of Agriculture and Countryside at the college, said: “These weekends are always popular and provide a fun day for all the family. Children love to see the lambs and, as always, there will be plenty of activities for them to do.
“The weekends are normal working days for the farm, so it is a great chance to see the daily shepherd duties and learn about farm life.”
The farm, on St Michaels Road in Bilsborrow, near Myesrcough College’s main campus, is open to the public on both days from 10.30am until 3.30pm (last entry at 3pm).
Admission is £3 per adult and £1 per child. Under fives are free. Refreshments will be available.
