To mark what would have been Billy Fury’s 75th birthday and 32 years after his sad death, the original Fury’s Tornados bring his timeless hits to new life on stage.

Last Night Was Made For Love, I Will, Jealousy, Halfway To Paradise, and many more, as Fury himself comes alive on a giant screen while his Tornados play live below.

Now in its 17th year, the show features the uncanny vocals of Colin Gold as Billy Fury; who is introduced onscreen by Fury’s long time partner Lisa Voice.

Lead guitar of Fury’s Tornados Chris Raynor said: “Ronald Wycherley, a shy young boy from Liverpool, went on to become Billy Fury, one of Britain’s first and best loved rock stars.

“As Billy’s own band, Fury’s Tornados, we perform his timeless hits for a night blessed by heaven.”

Halfway to Paradise – The Billy Fury Story is at the Grand Theatre, Blackpool, on Sunday August 2 and 23.

From 7:30pm, tickets £22, call the box office on 01253 74 33 39 or visit blackpoolgrand.co.uk
