Fans of the King of Rock and Roll can Get All Shook Up at the Grand in Blackpool on Monday night to mark The Elvis Years.

This is a concert production of the smash West End musical Jailhouse Rock featuring original star Mario Kombou and his band led by producer, musical director and Ivor Novello-Award winner David Mackay.

The show lets Elvis fans around the UK celebrate what would have been his 80th birthday year with a specially extended tour.

The two-hour show features authentic costumes and rare film footage besides more than 50 of the greatest hits including Hound Dog, It’s Now or Never, Do The Clam, Just Can’t Help Believing, That’s Alright Mama, The Wonder Of You, Suspicious Minds, American Trilogy as well as lesser known tracks such as Rock A Hula Baby, Bossa Nova Baby and Blue Suede Shoes.

Actor and singer Mario Kombou has been performing as Elvis for over 20 years and says:

“We wanted to do something special to mark this special birthday and what better way than to get out there and celebrate Elvis’s life by bringing the story to 80 different stages across the country.”
