Families can step back in time and discover ‘Leighton through the ages’ – a self-guided trail to mark the reserve’s 50th anniversary this year.

Participants can follow the trail every day throughout the school holiday and uncover facts about the reserve’s past.

For keen explorers of all ages, join nature expert Jayne Buchanan for ‘Nature Jaunt with Jayne’ to find out why Leighton Moss is a great home for nature on Tuesday February 18, from 11 am-12.30 pm. The cost is £10 for a family (£4 RSPB members).

Richard Moriarty, Visitor Experience and Promotions Officer Intern at RSPB Leighton Moss, said: “Come and join Jayne’s jaunt of discovery, it is sure to be great fun and you never know what you may find.”
