Being’s believing as Preston College performing arts students stage their take on smash hit 1980s musical, Flashdance.
The tale of Alex Owens, who works as a welder by day, but dreams of being a dance star by night, is at the city’s Charter Theatre from tomorow until Saturday.
The students’ annual end of year show is their big chance to show off their talents in a real professional theatre – and they’ve put on some great spectacles in the past, such as High School Musical, Jesus Christ Superstar and Fame – and Flashdance is the perfect vehicle for students to show just what they can do.
