Preston North End manager Ryan Lowe has named an unchanged side for the visit of Watford in the Championship.

It is a case of as you were for the Lilywhites, after their 0-0 draw at home to Rotherham Untied in midweek.

Freddie Woodman starts in goal, looking for his fifth clean sheet in a row in the league. Should he, Jordan Storey, Liam Lindsay and Andrew Hughes keep the Hornets out they will extend their own record of four clean sheets to start the season.

Brad Potts continues on the right side, having played well in the last two games, scoring one screamer and nearly having another in midweek.

Robbie Brady is on the left with PNE playing a flat four in the midfield, with Ryan Ledson and Ben Whiteman in the centre.

Alan Browne and Daniel Johnson will start in support of Tottenham loanee Troy Parrott.

It is the first time this season that Lowe has stuck with the same team two games in a row this season.

Parrott will be looking for his first league goal of the season, though his performances so far have been fantastic and he has done everything but score.

Watford are without star players Ismaila Sarr and Joao Pedro, with both being linked with moves away to the Premier League.
