Millwall without senior coaching staff for their visit to Preston North End

Lions manager Gary Rowett tested positive for Covid-19 last week and has self-isolated since.
Two more members of the coaching staff have now returned positive tests and the South London outfit have decided on a course of action for the next two games, starting with the visit to North End.

Hide AdA statement from the club read: "Millwall Football Club can confirm that two further members of its first team coaching staff have tested positive for Covid-19.
"In the interest of health and safety to them, support staff, players and appropriate stakeholders, the club has therefore decided that all other senior coaching personnel should also self isolate in accordance with government guidelines.
"Under-23s manager Kevin Nugent, player/coach Shaun Williams and club captain Alex Pearce will oversee Millwall’s next two Championship matches before Gary Rowett’s return on Monday 2nd November."
North End themselves will be without first-coach Frankie McAvoy in the technical area, McAvoy having to self-isolate due to track and trace.
