Readers show support for former vagrant Terry
Terrence Ashcroft was once branded ‘Toxic Terry’ after he received an anti-social behaviour order after he was caught drinking petrol and sniffing glue in Preston.
He was banned from petrol stations and making nuisance 999 calls under the order.

Hide AdHowever, he told the Evening Post on Saturday how, at 43, he is striving to turn his life around, after he gave up solvents six years ago and started attending church.
He has recently completed a computer course and is looking for a job.
The story was read by more than 40,000 people at our website lep.co.uk over the weekend and attracted 380 shares and almost 1,000 ‘likes’ on our Facebook page.
Dozens more shared their comments on the story, the majority of them applauding Terry’s efforts to reform.
