Man arrested after baby suffers head injury
A man has been arrested after a three-month-old baby was airlifted to hospital at the weekend.
The North West Air Ambulance was called to Oak Street, Colne, on Sunday morning after reports of a child suffering a head injury.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "A 28-year-old man from Colne has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish how the baby came about the injury."
