Jane Elizabeth Huxley, 45, of Main Street, Carnforth, was given 14 weeks in jail, suspended for a year, and a five year road ban, after admitting drink driving while five times the legal limit, and must pay a £122 surcharge ad £85 costs.

Marcin Marzec, 35, of no fixed abode, was banned from Fishergate in Preston for two weeks and given a rehabilitation activity after admitting damaging signs and a door panel and must pay a £90 surcharge.

Liam Duncan Dyer, 29, of St Annes Street, Preston, got a rehabilitation requirement after admitting stealing Skull Candy headphones, Coke, and washing liquid, and must pay a £10 fine and a £90 surcharge.

Tiberiu-sorin Pindaru, 34, of Dawlish Place, Ingol, Preston, was banned for 13 months after being found guilty of drink driving, and must pay a £415 fine, £41 surcharge and £750 costs.

Daniel Cunningham, 27, of Great Townley Street, Avenham, Preston, got a curfew after admitting assaulting a woman and using threatening behaviour, and must pay a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Holden, 35, of Waverley Gardens, Ribbleton, Preston, got a curfew after admitting affray, and must pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

Corinne Ballantyne, 33, of Miller Road, Preston, was ordered to have drug treatment after admitting stealing two watches from TK Maxx in Preston.
