Preston man wanted in connection with harassment allegation

Residents have been warned not to approach a man who is wanted in connection with an allegation of harassment.

Anthony Foley, from the Fulwood area of Preston, is described as white, 5ft 7in tall, with brown eyes and short dark brown hair.

The 39-year-old has has a dark, greying beard, police added.

PC Paul Moseley, of Preston Police, said: "We need to find Foley urgently and I would encourage anyone who has information on his whereabouts to contact police as soon as they can.

"If the public see Foley in the street, I would urge them not to approach him but instead to call 999, stating where they have seen him and what he was wearing.

"If Foley sees this appeal I would encourage him to hand himself in at his nearest police station."
