Driver clocked at more than '100mph' on M6
A driver was clocked doing over 100mph on the M6 early this morning, say police.
The driver was pulled over by police who spotted the BMW going at "well over 100mph" in damp conditions.
Police issued the driver with a summons to court.
A spokesman for Lancashire Road Poice tweeted: "Driver stopped this morning in the damp conditions travelling well over 100mph. Summons issued. Please slow down folks."
