Two bikers spotted riding with a “blatant disregard for anyone else's safety” in Blackburn are wanted by police.

The nuisance bikers were spotted driving erratically, including on the pavement, in Brandy House Brow at around 4pm on August 4.

Police said the bikes had no registration mark and it was likely they did not have any insurance, with the riders unlikely to have licences.
