Work on show apartment is under way ahead of Preston's £3.5m Etc Urban project launch date
Work is under way on Etc Urban’s first project, The Union Lofts, converting a Victorian warehouse on Guildhall Street.
Now the developers have teased interested parties on social media with a sneak preview of their new brochure.

Hide AdAnd bookings are being taken to attend the launch of the show apartment at a date to be confirmed later this month.
A spokesman for Etc Urban said on Twitter: “Our Union Loft apartment development in Preston is progressing well.
“You are all invited to our show apartment launch at the end of this month.
“More details to follow shortly.”
Etc Urban also said it would be soon be releasing its new Union Lofts website, e-brochure, show apartment and launch party invitation.

Hide AdWorkers are restoring the Victorian warehouse and converting it into 18 loft apartments.
A large banner recently installed covers the entire scaffolding of the building with the message “Think BIG!
As work has progressed some of the building’s interesting features have been revealed, including some original wallpaper dating back to when it was a snooker hall.
Both the developers and Lancashire business leaders hope the development will be a catalyst for other major projects in Preston city centre.

“Warehouse conversions such as Etc Urban’s project at Guildhall Street can also act as a catalyst for further regeneration and residential projects, helping to dive economic growth and create jobs in and around Preston’s city centre.”
