When it comes to brilliance, staff and pupils at one Blackpool school think their latest art installation is just that.

For Park Community Academy is celebrating a spectacular reminder of what people experienced during the initial coronavirus lockdown.

Instead of the usual whole school end of year art show, pupils working at home as well as those in school were invited to submit a piece of work reflecting their time in lockdown for a very special Glimpses of Brilliance wall.

An entire wall of the school hall has been covered with the entries, which range from photos of cooking, examples of writing, photography, even Lego models, as well as their own personal art.
