Don't miss Hand to Mouth Theatre perform Head in the Clouds at the Boo Sunday 11 May at 3.00pm!
Martin Bridle, The Puppet Man, provides a gentle and entertaining antidote to today's world of relentless technology and quick fixes, which appeals to both adults and children, using hand puppets and live, traditionally-inspired music to create a funny and fantastic adventure of the imagination. (suitable for ages 3 +)

Hand to Mouth theatre began by busking on the beaches of Southern England in 1980, hence their name!

Many years on, Martin Bridle and Su Eaton are still combining their talents with various shows, individually and together, and performing in schools, theatres and at festivals in the UK and abroad, as far afield as Europe, the USA and South Korea.

The couple create and build their original shows, including writing the music.

Martin, aka The Puppet Man, performs his witty and whimsical glove puppet shows in schools and theatres, while Su has recently begun to offer shadow puppet workshops and to perform her own solo shadow show.

Together they perform a rustic style walkabout puppet show, Piggery Jokery, with Su playing medieval style hurdy gurdy, and this unusual show has taken them to many exciting and unexpected places, including performing for the animators at Pixar Studios in California.
