“There are no specific dates for opening but we believe it will be at the end of summer.”
Unit One has been vacant following Comet’s departure at the end of 2012, and now a range of changes are underway to make the premises suitable.

The additional mezzanine floorspace being sought within Unit One comprises 596 sqm.
Furniture Village itself has refused to comment any further on the news, declining to announce how many jobs will be created or why the site was chosen.
The nearest other Furniture Village is at Middlebrook Retail Park in Bolton.
