Unit One has been vacant following Comet’s departure at the end of 2012, and now a range of changes are underway to make the premises suitable.

According to plans lodged with South Ribble Council, they include extending an existing mezzanine floor so it covers around 90 per cent of the overall floorspace. and external alterations to form glazed elevations to the front and side.

The additional mezzanine floorspace being sought within Unit One comprises 596 sqm.
