MISSING: Teenage boy believed to be in Preston

A 16-year-old boy has gone missing and is believed to be in Preston.

Joshua Stock, 16, was last seen in Gateshead on the May 15 and was believed to be headed to Preston, say police.

He is described by police as a slim and 5 foot 6 inches tall and was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket.

A spokesman for the police said: "We would appeal to anyone who sees Joshua or knows where he is to get in touch with us. We would also ask Josh to contact us if he sees this appeal to let us know he is safe and well."
