“We don’t just design websites, we create real returns by creating systems that solve real problems; We build software in the form of mobile phone apps, web apps, websites, CRMs, APIs, middleware and ecommerce solutions.”

Daniel says it is the strength of the agency’s technical knowledge and their attention to detail in their projects that has helped set them apart from digital rivals.

He adds: “Every member of our team is essential, from the sales, to account management, through to design, development and finally marketing.

“I recently took the leap from lead software developer to managing director after 18 years in the industry. I’ve found it both interesting and challenging after spending most of my career as a software developer.

“I am very interested in software from a technical point of view and enjoy learning new languages and development techniques. Although I don’t write code myself any more I still have a lot of technical input from a planning and design point of view.

“I work around 40 hours a week, which usually consists of arriving at 7.30am when I start my day by getting various small tasks out the way before staff arrive, such as replying to emails and reading any pending responses in our project system.

“A general drywall consists of writing technical documents to form the basis of software project development, working with the staff to create prototypes of web and mobile apps. And speaking with clients to gather project requirements for planning and quoting. Each week I spend some time on our internal processes and writing content for our website.
