Crackdown on uninsured drivers

Police are conducting a crackdown on uninsured drivers in Preston.

Officers from the Lancashire Roads Policing Unit released this image of a car that has been seized because the driver had no insurance.

A spokesman for the unite commented: When stopped, the driver of this uninsured car just gave the keys straight to the officer.”

Earlier in the day another uninsured car was seized on the M61.
