Britain’s Got Talent 2012 semi-finalist Graham Blackledge has accepted an invitation to become musical director of Hoghton Pantomime Society’s production of Dick Whittington.

Music shop manager Graham wowed TV audiences and reached the national semi-finals of the hit TV show with his combination of virtuoso organ playing and wacky sense of humour.

Graham said: “Perhaps surprisingly, pantomime is a new venture for me and the combination of good, popular music alongside classic comedy appeals to me enormously.

“I’d forgotten just how much fun panto can be.”

The panto opens at Hoghton village hall, Blackburn Road, next week.
