Britain’s top contemporary thrill circus is embarking on a nationwide tour which swings through the North West for three nights only.
Direct from four sold-out seasons in London’s Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Cirque Berserk will bring thrills and spills to the Southport Theatre from Monday to Wednesday, March 9-11.
Combining contemporary ‘cirque’ style skills with off-the-scale thrilling stunt action, Cirque Berserk is a danger-filled spectacle that will amaze audiences of all ages.
Thrilling audiences on the tour will be tricks, stunts and spectacles on an epic scale, including ‘the world’s most dangerous circus act, the Globe of Terror.
Three motorcyclists race at speeds of more than 60mph inside a steel cage – here being seen for the first time live on stage in the UK.
A troupe of more than 30 jugglers, acrobats, aerialists, dancers, musicians and death-defying stunt men are joined by the award-winning physical comedian Tweedy, widely considered one of the most gifted clowns in the world.
