Forty years after it was first broadcast a musical version of TV sitcom Happy Days comes to Salford next week.

West End leading man and ex-Emmerdale star Ben Freeman takes on the iconic role of Fonz, alongside Liverpool-born Heidi Range, of girl group the Sugababes, as Pinky Tuscadero. Cheryl Baker of Bucks Fizz plays Mrs Cunningham.

The show features 21 original songs by Oscar, Grammy and Golden Globe award-winning Hall of Fame Songwriter, Paul Williams as well as the famous Happy Days theme tune.

The production runs from Tuesday to Saturday, with matinee performances Wednesday and Saturday.
