Abba tribute band Voulez Vous are hoping audiences will take a chance on them when they perform at the Charter Theatre, Preston.
The longest running tribute band to the Swedish supergroup, their latest show, “40 Years of Waterloo”, has incredible replica costumes and a talented team of performers.
Get ready to dust off your platform shoes, travel back in time to the 1970s and dance in the aisles to some of Abba’s classic hits, including Take a Chance On Me, Dancing Queen, SOS, Fernando, Gimme, Gimme Gimme, The Winner Takes It All, Thank You For The Music, Waterloo and, of course, Voulez Vous.
The group has been singing the praises of Abba for 23 years. Dave (Björn) and Linda Monks (Frida), two of the founder members of Voulez Vous, have produced fantastic new choreography, lighting, and stunning intricate new costumes.
Voulez Vous has appeared with many celebrities, including Freddie Starr, Jimmy James, Leo Sayer, The Sweet, Three Degrees and Mica Paris.
They have performed for Hollywood stars Bruce Willis and Demi Moore and for Prime Minister John Major in the 1990s at his request.
