Fans of Andrew Flintoff can meet the sports star at a book signing in Preston next week.

Cricketer ‘Freddie’, who frew up in Preston and went to play for England, will be signing copies of his new book Second Innings: My Sporting Life, at the Harris Museum and Art Galley in the city centre on Friday October 23.

He said: “I’m really looking forward to coming back to Preston for my book signing next week.

“I was back a few weeks ago for my tour date at the Guild Hall.

“I had a fantastic evening, it was a great crowd; I would expect nothing less!”

The event begins at 5pm and has been organised by Silverdell bookstore in Kirkham.
