:: SIR ELTON JOHN has told of the “endless” love he feels for his children following the birth of new baby Elijah.
In his first interview since the tot was born, the musician said he had doubts about whether he would be able to love the new addition to his family as much as his firstborn Zachary, two.
But as he showed off his new baby, he told Hello! magazine: “I have learned that a parent’s capacity for love is endless.
“When another child is born, our depth of love just grows deeper and wider, so it was very emotional,” said Sir Elton.
Elijah Joseph Daniel Furnish-John was born on January 11 to the same surrogate mother who gave birth to Zachary, and the boys share the same egg donor.
:: TINA FEY has confirmed a Mean Girls musical is in the pipeline.
The 30 Rock star wrote the hit 2004 teen comedy starring LINDSAY LOHAN, RACHEL MCADAMS and AMANDA SEYFRIED and revealed to E! News that she is in the process of adapting the film into a musical stage show.
Tina revealed: “We want to. I would love to. I’m trying to develop it with my husband, who does all the music for 30 Rock and I think Paramount’s on board.”
And after seeing MARIAH CAREY and NICKI MINAJ’s recent argument on American Idol about Mean Girls, Tina is hoping to persuade Mariah to appear in the show.
:: JUSTIN BIEBER has apparently opened up about his split from SELENA GOMEZ.
The teen pop sensation recently broke up with the former Wizards Of Waverly Place star after dating on and off for close to two years, and has now admitted he’s not feeling great about the end of their romance.
The Boyfriend star was quizzed about his love life in an interview with Billboard magazine and reportedly confessed: “I’m not in the happiest place that I’ve ever been.”
Justin, 18, also opens up about his music and career in the magazine’s next issue, and appears on the cover.
:: LUCY-JO HUDSON has revealed she’d love to star in a costume drama.
The former Coronation Street actress has wrapped filming on ITV1 show Wild At Heart after eight years, and is keen to try a new role now the vet drama has finished.
“I’ve been obsessed with the TV show Mr Selfridge. I would love to do a period drama, so maybe now that’s finished, it’s time to get that sort of opportunity,” she said.
Lucy-Jo - who is married to Corrie’s ALAN HALSALL - said she wouldn’t mind whether she was cast as a servant or a wealthy aristocrat.
“Either, really! I don’t mind,” she said. “Maybe upstairs to wear the corsets and be a bit more glamorous.”
:: Great British Bake Off’s PAUL HOLLYWOOD has confessed he’s partial to supermarket baked goods.
The baking supremo - who is rumoured to be involved in a US version of the hit BBC Two show - admitted to stocking up on shop-bought cakes and breads occasionally.
“Of course I do. I’ve been away a lot recently and I came back and had nothing. I actually went out and bought a baguette from the supermarket and everyone was shocked!” he said.
“(Fans of the show) go and look in the trolley. They start rifling through the trolley to see what I’ve got in there, that’s what’s funny.”

Spencer - who took part in dating series The Bachelor last year - has a reputation for being a ladies’ man, and Louise admitted being on the E4 reality show makes things even harder for their relationship.
Louise said: “It definitely is harder being on the show. It doesn’t make it easier. It builds barriers of mistrust.
“You never know if he’s being encouraged to say something, so it’s difficult to know what’s real and what’s fake.
“The most difficult thing about watching the show is hearing what your own boyfriend is saying about you.”
But she added: “In real life, all is well. We really miss each other when I’m away (at university in Edinburgh), but it’s good to keep the distance.
