A mother was arrested at the Kentucky State Fair after giving her child a baby bottle filled with wine.
Police saw 40-year-old Kathryn Bowen buy the drink, pour it into the bottle and give it to her 11-month-old daughter.

When confronted, she admitted she was feeding the child alcohol to help her sleep. The baby has been taken into care.
