It's only two games into the season...but the bubbly is out already at Deepdale!
This was the unusual sight at Preston North End's ground on Saturday after pranksters struck the Sir Tom Finney splash statue again.
By around 7am on Saturday, foam had poured over the sides of the iconic sculpture and on to the pavement below.
It happened just hours before the bubbly was due to be uncorked to celebrate the official opening of North End's new Invincibles Pavilion Stand.
It is not the first time the statue has been targeted.
Last year vandals scrawled tags on the plaques dotted around the monument. Coloured dye has also been thrown into the water.
And two years ago vandals targeted another display in honour of Sir Tom when an intricate floral tribute to the PNE star was trampled within hours of it being unveiled.
