A safety campaigner has criticised a passenger who bared his bottom at a speed camera from the front seat of a car.
The mooning passenger pushed his buttocks against the windscreen and was snapped as the powerful motor passed a mobile speed camera in North Tyneside.

The driver will not face prosecution because no driving offence was being committed.

Jeremy Forsberg, of the Northumbria Safer Roads Initiative, said: "This behaviour is simply ridiculous."
