A woman had an amazing escape when she was reversed over by a taxi in Lancashire - and only sufferered a broken tooth.
The pedestrian, 43, was crossing Grange Avenue in Ribbleton, Preston, when the Volkswagan Sharan knocked her down at around 9.35pm on Thursday.
She was left trapped under the people carrier with just her head and shoulders free.
Firefighters used a high-pressured air bag to release her in minutes and she was taken to the Royal Preston Hospital by ambulance.
She only suffered minor facial injuries after her ordeal. Police are not treating the incident as suspicious and the driver was not arrested.
