Road blocked by collision

A busy Preston road was partially blocked in both directions for around half-an-hour after this rush-hour collision.
Parts of Garstang Road were blocked close to its junctions with Lytham Road and Watling Street Road, Fulwood, from 5.30pm on Wednesday.

A police spokesman said the accident caused "minor congestion" in the area.
