Motorway lanes reopen after crash

Two lanes of the M6 in Lancashire which were closed northbound after a crash have reopened.
A man escaped with minor injuries when his Ford Mondeo crashed into the central reservation in the accident near junction 31 at Preston on Monday morning.

The lane closures were put in place while emergency services dealt with the incident, but the carriageway is now completely open again.
