Fuel spillage sparks rush hour jam

A broken-down wagon spilling fuel caused rush hour traffic jam on a busy road.
The 17-ton skip wagon broke down on Eastway between ASDA and Longsands Lane at Fulwood, Preston, at 5.10pm on Wednesday.

One lane of traffic was blocked, causing tailbacks in both directions.

Police were at the scene dealing with the incident.
