We take a look at the progress of the fourth stand at Deepdale as Preston North End race to have it finished in time for the opening game of the season.
The multi-million pound stand will increase capacity at Deepdale to more than 24,000 and will include new corporate box facilities and executive lounges.

Incorporated into the stand will be a "one-stop" medical centre.

Services at the centre will include footcare, retinal screening for eyes, diabetes care, nutritional advice, respiratory care and coronary heart care.

The new stand is coming along fine. I took a close up look at it last week when I was on vacation in Preston. Wish I could be there for the opening game, and I hope the ground is full to capacity. Good luck for the coming season.
