Premier League new boys Burnley will be high-profile visitors to Christie Park for a pre-season fixture.
The Clarets will play against Sammy McIlroy's Morecambe on Tuesday, July 14.
That is a change to the earlier schedule.
The game against Southport pencilled in for that night has now been postponed, with the clubs looking to set up an alternative date.
Morecambe's confirmed pre-season fixture list now reads:
