Preston North End boss, Graham Westley, will be without suspended pair Craig Morgan and Paul Coutts for the trip to Prenton Park.

Both were set to miss the Brentford game, Morgan after his red card at Yeovil and Coutts as he started a two-match ban for reaching 10 bookings.

Rhys Murphy, Chris Robertson, Graham Cummins, Aaron Brown and Nicky Hunt will be in contention to make their debuts after joining in the last week.

Meanwhile, North End are auctioning off the red kit they wore for the away game at Notts County last month.

They commissioned the one-off strip after their home and away kits both clashed with the Magpies’ shirts.

The kits are being auctioned on eBay to raise money for the Sir Tom Finney Foundation, which is involved in community work in Preston.

Bidding for the 20 sets of strips ends on Friday night.

The Football League’s loan window opened today, allowing clubs to conduct emergency loan deals – it closes at the end of March.
