PNE to put Rovers allocation on sale

Tickets for Preston North End's derby clash with Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park next month will go on sale on Friday morning.

The Lilywhites head to East Lancashire on Saturday March 18, with the game having a 1pm kick-off.

Last season, North End were backed by 7,000 of their supporters at Ewood, the highest away following of any club in the country for a league game last term.

Goals from Joe Garner and Jordan Hugill gave them a 2-1 win, Rovers having taken the lead through Elliott Ward.

Tickets cost £27 adults, £17 seniors and 18-21 and £9 for Under-9s.

Coach travel is also available from North End, priced £10.

North End will be looking to do the double on Rovers having beaten them 3-2 at Deepdale in December.

Blackburn parted company with manager Owen Coyle on Tuesday afternoon.
