North End trio off to States
Three of PNE's Irish contingent are flying to the United States today in the hope of taking another step on the international ladder.
Daryl Horgan, Andy Boyle and Alan Browne are in a 19-man Republic of Ireland squad for Friday’s friendly against Mexico in New Jersey.
Having trained for three days at Fota Island last week, the Irish squad had a training session in Dublin yesterday before jetting off.

Ireland boss Martin O’Neill says he is likely to play with a three-man defence against the Mexicans, which should enhance Boyle’s chances of starting.
