North End appoint new keeper coach
Preston North End have appointed Andy Rhodes as goalkeeping coach.
The former Barnsley and Oldham keeper replaces Dave Timmins, who has been allowed to return to his former club Carlisle United.
Rhodes, who played more than 400 games during his 15-year career, left his role at Ipswich Town to join Alan Irvine's backroom staff.
"Everyone has spoken highly about Andy as coach and a person, which is very important," Irvine told the club's website.
